Data Deletion Request

At Telve.ai, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and all associated data from our services.

What Data We Store

When you use Telve.ai, we may store the following information:

Account information (email, name, profile picture from social login)
Birth date and time (for horoscope calculations)
App preferences and settings
Reading history and saved content

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: In-App Deletion

Open the Telve.ai app
Go to Settings (gear icon)
Tap on "Account"
Select "Delete Account"
Confirm your request

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to [email protected]
Use subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
Include the email address associated with your account
We will process your request within 30 days

Important: Once your data is deleted, this action cannot be undone. All your saved readings, preferences, and account history will be permanently removed from our systems.

What Happens After Deletion

Your account will be permanently deactivated
All personal data will be removed from our active databases
Backup copies will be purged within 90 days
You will no longer receive any communications from us
Any active subscriptions will be cancelled

Facebook Login Users

If you signed up using Facebook, you can also manage your data through Facebook's settings:

Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
Click on "Apps and Websites"
Find Telve.ai and click "Remove"
Additionally, submit a deletion request to us using the methods above

Google Sign-In Users

If you signed up using Google, you can also manage connected apps:

Go to your Google Account → Security
Under "Third-party apps with account access", select "Manage third-party access"
Find Telve.ai and click "Remove Access"
Additionally, submit a deletion request to us using the methods above
