🗑️ Delete Your Account

We respect your right to data privacy. You can permanently delete your Telve.ai account and all associated data at any time.

What gets deleted:

• Your account profile and personal information
• All coffee cup fortune readings and history
• Horoscope readings and saved content
• Subscription and billing records (active subscriptions will be cancelled)
• Any preferences, settings, and customizations
• All data stored by Firebase Authentication and Firestore

Option 1 — Delete directly in the app (fastest):

1. Open the Telve.ai app on your device
2. Tap Profile → Settings
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
4. Confirm twice when prompted

Your account will be deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request via email:

If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to our support team with your registered email address and we will process the deletion within 7 business days.

How long does deletion take?

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed within 7 business days. All data is fully purged from our systems within 30 days.

What about my active subscription?

Deleting your account cancels any active subscription. Please also cancel through the App Store or Google Play to stop future billing. Refunds are handled per Apple/Google policies.

Can I recover my account after deletion?

No. Account deletion is permanent. You would need to create a new account to use Telve.ai again.

Is my data really gone?

Yes. We delete all personal data from our Firebase/Firestore databases. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data (not linked to you) may be retained.
